She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from India (2008) and completed Corporate Governance and Securities Law studies from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2016. She handles business formations, mergers, dissolution transactions, bulk transfers, licensure, regulatory filings, and other business transactions.
