Bio
Nancy has been a paralegal with the firm since 2003. She has a BA in Anthropology from California State University – East Bay, an AA degree in accounting from Las Positas College, and a Paralegal Studies Certificate from California State University – East Bay. She handles business formations, mergers and acquisition transactions, bulk transfers, licensure and other business transactions.
